ORDERING PROCEDURE ON AIRSOFTSHOP.CZ:
1. You must be registered in our e-shop to place order.
2. You can place order after you select goods, quantity, method od shipping and payment.
3. You will receive automatic e-mail notice that your order was managed by our e-shop system. If necessary we will send you more info in following e-mails or we will contact you by telephone.
The only specific is if you will select the bank pre-payment to our account like payment method. This way we will send you proforma invoice enclosed by e-mail and the goods will be shipped to you immediately after we will receive your payment on our account.
The prices are in CZK. The approximate rate is: 1EUR = 27 CZK, for actual rate contact your bank.
For the clients from Czech republic and other EU countries the prices include VAT and custom import tax already.
If the goods will be shipped to the non EU countries the VAT is not included. The client may be responsible to pay your country VAT and import custom tax (depends on each country regulation).
The shipping cost varies from countries and goods volume (size and weight). The exact shipping cost will be noticed you during the order procedure. We offer shipment by PPL or Czech post inside Czech, DHL and EMS (speed post service) in EU countries and EMS or priority post parcel to all other countries. You can also directly pick up the goods in our store (Prague, Czech Republic).
The buyer is responsible to follow the law in his country regarding ownership of airsoft guns and related products and there imports. If the shipment will be stopped, destroyed or send back by the governmental authority from the reason of nonconformity with the law the buyer must cover all the expanses.
The buyer must check the content and the condition of the goods immediately when receive the parcel. There will be no later claims possible on breakages or stolen goods during transportation if such problem will not be noticed on the parcel takeover document signed by the buyer and shipping agent or postman.
We accept cash on delivery payments for the clients in Czech Republic and Slovakia only.
The credit card payment or bank pre-payment on our account is required for all other destinations (the clients from Czech Republic and Slovakia can also use those kinds of payments).
In case of bank pre-payment the bank charges of your bank must be paid by you (notice "SHA" on your international bank order form) - if not we will not be able to manage your order. Please do not make bank pre-payment until you received the final confirmation from us by e-mail including the proforma invoice.
The goods can be also paid personally in our store or office (Prague, Czech Republic).
We provide 24 months limited warranty for hidden production caused malfunction of the goods which has the products at the time of purchase according the Czech law. The warranty do not cover malfunctions caused from other than production reasons. It means mainly the malfunctions caused by user them self or by third power, by improper use or by wear down. The items with warranty malfunctions will be repaired or replenished (depends what will be economical). In case that repair or replenishment will not be possible we will give the money back or offer another goods if buyer agree. Warranty do not cover international postage or shipping fee.

INERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY:
We accept return of not used goods during 14 days period according the Czech law for the business cases made inside the territory of Czech Republic. We accept international return of the not used goods only in before spoken cases. The buyer must cover all expanses with international return including (postage or shipping fee, all bank charges, etc.).
