The Scorpion EVO 3 A1 submachine gun was developed as a replacement for the old vz.61 submachine gun. The weapon was designed according to modern requirements and is on par with the competition in everything. The construction of the weapon makes maximum use of a highly resistant polymer, which significantly lightens it, but does not limit the durability of the weapon in any way. At the same time, the weapon is structurally simple. The controls are easily accessible and adapted for both right and left-handed users. The stock is extendable and foldable. These later Carbine models were developed for sporting purposes. 

The licensed replica CZ Scorpion EVO 3 A1 was developed and manufactured by ASG in Denmark. ASG tried to make the EVO as close as possible to the real model. The body is made of polymer, and you can tell the difference from the original only upon close examination. The processor unit allows firing with a 3-shot burst and stops firing if the weapon has an empty magazine. The trigger response is very short and overall the electronics are at a higher level. The system is adapted for the use of Li-pol batteries. The gearbox is equipped with a quick-change spring system. Internal parts are made on CNC machines.
