ESS Profile NVG goggles are the only uncompromising compact military/tactical eye protection system. Developed in close cooperation with US Army units, these goggles offer all the possible benefits of low-profile goggles that are compatible with night vision systems without the limitations.
These goggles have a wide field of view, the lenses are protected against fogging and scratching and provide unique ballistic protection. The goggles come standard with three 2.8mm thick lenses with ballistic protection (tinted smoke grey, clear and yellow), and a quality carrying case with belt loops.
The glasses have glasses protected by ClearZone FC anti-scratch and anti-fog coating. All ESS protective glasses comply with NATO ballistic resistance standard cal.22 MIL-V-43511C.
All glasses used provide 100% protection against UVA/UVB radiation and ensure 100% transparency without distortion of the field of view.
Thanks to ESS Modular Technology, replacement glasses are not expensive and are easily interchangeable It is possible to purchase additional glasses with laser protection, Laser Protective Lenses (LPLs) for the most used wavelengths: 694nm and 1064nm.
The Profile NVG goggles are equipped with a 35mm wide clamping strap with a buckle for quick fitting of the goggles and a release buckle for quick release of the goggles.
The ESS Outrigger Strap System offers the best comfort when used with protective helmets.
Low-profile design is compatible with night vision systems. Full-circuit ventilation and a high-quality filtration system allows good escape of moist air from the interior of the glasses and in turn prevents the penetration of dust, smoke and flying particles into the interior of the glasses. The conventional wide profile design provides an exceptionally wide field of vision.
The goggles come with a Stealth Sleeve that prevents glare when wearing the goggles on a helmet.
The goggles come with clear, dark and yellow lenses.
