ICS aluminium cylinder piston head (oversized)

ICS piston head oversize (NBU) have built-in pressure bearings to reduce friction from the spring. The piston head are ventilated making sure that the rubber seals are pressed against the cylinder sides when the air is compressed. This gives optimal compression of the air and minimizes wear and tear on the rubber seal.

The heads have been designed with double rubber seals to minimize loss of compression from the cylinder. The special ‘trumpet design’ ensures optimal delivery of air to the barrel/BB. Furthermore, the cylinder heads have a powerful built-in rubber band that absorbs the shock from the piston head.
