Unique CNC tappet plate for V2 gearbox (airsoft weapons type AR15, M16, etc.). Unlike the others, our tappet plate is made by CNC milling from a piece of Ertacetel - C (Pom) material. This material is very durable, flexible and has a huge endurance under high stress. It is an ideal material for this type of highly stressed gearbox part. The main advantage of the CNC milled tappet plate is especially the absolute perpendicularity of the front part of the plate, where the nozzle is. As a result, there is no need to tune the correct nozzle length compared to standard tappet plate made by injecting plastic into a mold.

Standard tappet plates made by plastic injection molding have deformation at the critical front, and the angle is negative or positive. This makes it necessary to tune the correct nozzle length. This is exactly the case when some users wonder why nozzles of different lengths must be used on the same weapon (this is one of the main reasons). The CNC tappet plate perfectly solves this problem.
