Unique CNC tappet plate for V3 gearbox. Produced by CNC milling from a piece of Ertacetel - C (Pom) material. This material is very durable, flexible and has great durability under high stress. It is the ideal material for this type of highly stressed gearbox part. The main advantage of the CNC-milled tappet plate is the absolute verticality of the front part, where the nozzle is located. As a result, there is no need to adjust the correct length of the nozzle compared to standard tappet plates made by injecting plastic into the mold.

Standard tappet plates produced by plastic injection into metal molds have a shape deformation in the critical front part, and the angle is negative or positive. This requires tuning the correct length of the nozzle.
