Ultimate polycarbonate silent piston head with bearing

ASG Ultimate polycarbonate counter-pressure piston head with a ball bearing. The ball bearing reduces friction during the spring compression and makes its rotation easier which has a positive effect on the airsoft gun operation and the spring longevity. This flat piston head has six openings for a better compression within the cylinder leading to smoother and more efficient airsoft gun operation and also increasing the gasket longevity.

This piston head is not designed for use with flat cylinder heads. Ideal combination is with a funnel-shaped cylinder head which we also offer. Both parts fit into each other making this combination the best for your piston-cylinder assembly. Suitable for springs M100 – M130.

ASG Ultimate parts are designed for the best compression and durability ratio. It is highly recommended to use ASG Ultimate parts only for the piston-cylinder assembly and do not mix them with parts from other manufacturers to reach their full potential.

The ideal combination is a piston head and a spring guide both with ball bearings. The spring is then free-floating reducing the friction to a minimum.

To better secure the piston head while shooting the airsoft gun we highly recommend applying a threadlocker after the installation.
